These aluminum masts work in conjunction with the Axis 16mm baseplate, for connection to the board, and the "Doodad 16mm" for connection to the fuselage. Description

Designed for the entire range of foils, Axis masts are rigid, solid and ready for use in all conditions.

We recommend the 16mm for use in kitefoil, SUP foil downwind. For wing or dockstart use, we prefer the 19mm mast for its even greater rigidity.

These 16mm masts have been designed to limit the drag generated by a thicker mast (19mm) to give riders a greater gliding sensation.

Axis sourced its own high-grade aluminum and bought tons of it, to ensure that only the highest quality raw materials were used for their foils.

These masts are 167% stiffer than the 15mm-thick masts of most other foils on the market. They're even stiffer than any other carbon mast on the market today. This gives you more control and quicker response from your feet to the front wing.
