LIGHTWEIGHT, STREAMLINED CONSTRUCTION
Constructed from advanced lightweight materials for optimum power-to-weight ratio. The high-strength sail is made of TX-Light 34 g/m² triple-ripstop, and the leading edge is made of DLX+ 44 g/m², a highly resistant fabric that protects against abrasion. All SONIC components are designed for maximum performance on all terrains. The aerodynamic construction allows the wing to remain nimble and highly maneuverable, while maintaining peak performance.

PERFORMANCE TUNER
The performance tuner is a knot scale integrated into the C-pulley line to modify the wing’s camber. Moving the Z-Main Line affects bar forces and wing performance. Shortening increases low-end power and steering and holding forces. Lengthening does the opposite, decreasing brake line tension and steering and holding power. With adjustable settings for brake lines, power delivery and depower, you can optimize, according to wind conditions and personal preferences, to unleash the wing’s maximum potential.

BRIDLE CONTROL TOOL
The bridle control tool makes it easy to compare bridle line lengths. At each level (A, B, C, Z), on each side of the wing, black marks make it easy to compare the lengths of the main front and rear lines (see line plan). To restore flight characteristics, the differences in length between levels B and C compared to level A must be cancelled by moving the rings on the mixer. To maintain performance and stability, we recommend regular checks using the flange control tool, if the product is used intensively.

PMA (PROFILE MOMENTUM ADJUSTER)
PMAs are knot scales sewn onto the profile inside the foil wing. They are placed on the upper and lower sail, between the A and B levels. By shortening the knot ladders, you can reduce the number of knots. By shortening the knot scales, the profile camber can be adjusted, giving the foil more performance or stability. If a change is made, it must be symmetrical. We recommend the assistance of a FLYSURFER sales partner to ensure correct adjustment of the Profile Momentum Adjuster.
