Description

The new Marker Squire 11 ID is for intermediate and advanced light weight skiers who want great power transmission in a very light freeride binding. The Triple Pivot Light Toe and Hollow Linkage Heel make the binding compact as well as robust. Its SOLE.ID technology allows us to adjust the binding to fit the standards of the soles of alpine or touring ski boots. This gives the skier the ultimate flexibility, and allows them to choose a boot with easy-to-walk soles like GripWalk, making it easier and (and more fun!) to walk in ski boots. FEATURES Sole ID - One binding, two boot standards. No matter which boot you wear, all Marker SOLE.ID bindings are compatible with all types of ski boots! Whether you prefer alpine or touring boots, with SOLE.ID bindings can be adjusted in seconds. The secret is the height adjustable slide plate, which is easy to handle and of course offers uncompromising performance. SOLE.ID complies with ISO 5355 (alpine boots) and ISO 9523 (boots with hiking soles). Slippery AFD - All MARKER bindings are equipped with a movable AFD (anti-friction device) that allows for a very precise release, almost unimpeded by dirt, snow and ice! The individual adjustment of the AFD to the area of use guarantees perfect functionality - whether for racing, children's bindings or ski touring. Triple Pivot Elite Toe - The tip construction with DIN/ISO up to Z 18 provides impressive retention in freeride. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a 5° inclined sole plate, it ensures the highest energy absorption to reduce the risk of early release. The large bearing surface optimizes the transmission of energy and allows high forces. In relation to their weight, toes with this technology therefore achieve performance never seen before.
