1. Material

1.1 - The depository reserves the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any deposit. In such a case, it is the depositor's responsibility to promptly retrieve their deposited items. The fees associated with the deposit (2.1) are refunded to the depositor in this scenario.

1.2 - The depositor is responsible for the quality of the item being put up for sale. They must provide cleaned, fully functional products to the depository. In case of malfunction or hidden defects, they will need to refund or at least compensate the buyer or the depository.

1.3 - It is the depositor's responsibility to stay informed about the status of their deposit. The depositor sets the duration of the deposit, with a maximum of 6 months. The product remains the property of the depositor until sold. After the eight-month period, it is no longer their property.

1.4 - The depositor provides photos (minimum of 4) of their product.

2. Price

2.1 - The depositor pays an amount of 50.- CHF (fifty Swiss francs) per deposited item for the online listing of the product. This amount is fixed and non-refundable in case of withdrawal of the product by the depositor. Amount due per deposited product and payable at the time of deposit.

2.2 - The depositor sets the selling price and indicates it in the " requested total selling price incl. VAT " box. The depository is available to advise the depositor on the listing price.

2.3 - The depository sells the product on behalf of the depositor. Therefore, the depository is not liable for VAT on the product sold on behalf of the depositor.

2.4 - The depositor can request the requested selling price to be changed at any time.

2.5 - The set price is degressive according to the table below:

3. Sale of the Product and/or Return

3.1 - Once the sale is concluded, a credit of the sale amount is transmitted to the depositor by the depository in the form of vouchers to be used in-store for new material available on the online site or at the backside-shop.ch store.

3.2 - In case of an incident with a deposited item (theft, breakage, fire, etc.), the depository refunds the depositor the amount indicated on the deposit form under "Requested total selling price incl. VAT".

3.3 - The depository undertakes to return the unsold items within the deadlines and guarantees that they are in the same condition as when they were deposited. If not collected within 8 months, the item remains acquired by the depository in exchange for its fees, and the corresponding deposit form is kept in the archives.

3.4 - The depositor can withdraw their deposit at any time.

3.5 - The depository undertakes to display and integrate the items on the website.

3.6 - The depository forwards the depositor's contact details to the new owner of the equipment purchased by them.

3.7 - The depositor certifies under oath that the product(s) has not been stolen. They agree to legal action if they are uncertain about the origin and history of the deposited product.
