Description

Two years after the release of the first Swing, F-One has come up with the ideal way to add surface area to wings without compromising on size, weight and performance.
The new patented Compact Wing Concept and its 3-batten technology offers the most compact design on the market in large sizes.

The two additional battens provide the ideal tension and twist to the trailing edge ensuring a level of performance equal to the rest of the range. Speed and heading are optimized for light wind.

The surface area of the F-One Strike CWC is increased, without lengthening the leading edge, while maintaining the span and leading edge diameter of a 5m square F-One could place 6m. Exists in 7m and 8m using this same technique.

In navigation, this new compactness allows to use comfortably large surfaces which allowed to propose the first wing in 8m. The new design of the wingtips allows them to be automatically moved away from the water to avoid touching and causing falls. The navigation is more comfortable with the arms lower for such surfaces. Pumping is also facilitated by this new lower arm position.

This new geometry brings an exceptional power to the board. In navigation the F-One Strike CWC is much lighter and its compactness makes all phases of navigation easier. The compactness makes the kite easier to turn and handle when in the water.
It is easier to pump for the planing start because the wing tip does not touch the water when you bend your arms. It is indeed difficult to pump with the bars stretched over the head.

Sailing in light wind has never been so good.
