Description

The increase in convex dihedral has extended the range of use of the Mantis by offering a better power/stability ratio, combined with the new convex strut, the Mantis V3 is the cleanest and most efficient wing to date. A refined airfoil section in the critical area of the wing has increased the low-end power of the Mantis, further increasing its operating range.

Load distribution
The layout of the load distribution panels has been carefully designed to help mitigate the variable loads and elongation that occur on the wings, resulting in a cleaner, more structural product under a wider range of conditions.

Refined Frame
Improvements to the Cabrinha Mantis V3's frame have reduced its weight while increasing its responsive performance.

Rigid Batten
The convex batten of the Cabrinha Mantis V3 provides a stiffer and more responsive connection between the pilot and the wing.

Large diameter HD closure seam
A larger, stiffer wing diameter requires an updated closure seam to withstand the unique forces of the wing.

Pure Impulse Front Handle
The Pure Impulse's front handle provides a direct location for carrying, maneuvering and controlling the wing.

Wide anti-twist composite handles
The wide, multi-material composite handles provide the rigidity you need for control, but with the benefit of soft touch materials in the areas you need them. The span design allows for micro-adjustment to fine-tune the kite's performance, as well as to facilitate transitions and maneuvers.
