Description
Line's most popular ski, the Line Sir Francis Bacon, is back for another season.
Equipped with a versatile 107mm skate width paired with 3D Convex Tech™, it floats through the powder without sacrificing performance on the hard stuff.
Split snowdrifts, crush rollers and discover the playful side that the Sir Francis Bacon has to offer.
Wide base and edges:
A 30% thicker base and edges, 2mm wide x 2.5mm high steel edges and a 1.7mm thick base significantly increase durability and ski life.
Symmetrical Flex:
The same flex pattern in the front and back of your boot adapts to the terrain the same way in the front and back.
Sidewall Construction:
Ultra-high density polyethylene vertical sidewalls on the edges absorb vibration and provide powerful energy transmission.
Convex 3D Nose and Tail:
Developed by Eric Pollard, the convex contours on the tip and tail of the ski soften the feel of the ski by increasing the displacement of powder snow - and creating a tip and tail that is more angled to the plane - for an added dimension of turn shape.
Longer active edge:
The ski's effective edge is lengthened for better grip throughout the turn.
5CUT sidecut multi radius :
Five different radii are blended into the sidecut of the ski. The result? A wide variety of turn shapes and an intuitive feel.
Core:
Partly cloudy core. A blend of Paulownia and light maple creating the best strength to weight ratio in the line.
