Description
The F-One Bandit S2 benefits from all the work done on the tension in the fabrics and the design and construction of the trailing edge of the Bandit 2021.
The new vertical panel and trailing edge design with the new 135g Dacron, has greatly improved the control of the profile and the weight of the wing.
The new profile offers the stability and steering return that is essential for wave riding. The traction and control of the S2 is very consistent in all wind conditions and throughout the window. The F-One Bandit S2 allows you to ride instinctively, so your ride will be more fluid.
F-One has also modified the outline of the Bandit S2. The centre batten is now shorter and the wingtips are wider. The handling is more responsive, and the S2 naturally follows your turns.
All aspects of the design have been improved and the profile completely redesigned.
The leading edge has an extra segment in the centre to have a cleaner C-shape. A segment has been removed from the ears.
The bar feel has been worked on to be lighter and more precise than before to react instantly to your demand. When you are surfing or strapless freestyling, you are constantly using your bar to adjust the power or direction of your kite. This connection with your kite is crucial.
That's why F-One has also made huge improvements in steering, especially when the bar is shocked. Indeed, in this position, the lines lose tension and therefore the rider loses control in the steering. This is especially the case in on-shore conditions when the kite needs to change direction with each turn and often cross the flight window.
With the F-One Bandit S2, you'll stay in control at all times and have precise control over every inch of the border-choice. You will improve your surfing, transitions and jumps thanks to the constant control of the wing.
The power is extremely linear and progressive, with a smooth and intuitive depower that will allow you to have a perfect balance so you can concentrate on your surfing or tricks. It never gets too powerful when you send it through the window.
The responsiveness and lightness of the Bandit S2 make it a fantastic foil kite. The stability of the S2 in the drift helps a lot in foiling especially when the lines are relaxed in turns and curves.
