The Sliding Hook offers more freedom and range of motion than the fixed hook. It allows you to rotate your body without the harness twisting, so the connection between you and the kite is smoother. The harness does not ride up: The connection to the kite is closer to the body, so there is not the leverage that a fixed hook can have. This is a good alternative for foiling, surfing and strapless. Fits all Manera harnesses.
