Integrated technologies

• Step Bottom: Patented cut-out around the foil boxes improves early take-off and soft touchdowns.
• Vent screw: Standard placement behind the pad for safe transport.
• Leash plug: Located at the tail, behind the vent cap.
• Pad: Thermoformed flat rope EVA pad with drainage cuts to reduce water and weight.

Construction

Vacuum lamination: KT’s exclusive process developed in Maui for maximum impact resistance at minimum weight.
Carbon monocoque: Seamless integration of deck and hull ensures maximum rigidity.
Materials: Full vacuum-laminated Plain Weave Carbon, with added unidirectional carbon on the deck and biaxial carbon under the stance area for superior strength.

Precision CNC shaping

Every board, whether stock or custom, is CNC-shaped and hand-finished to KT’s evolving standards established on Maui since 1994.
