AirFlex neoprene is crafted from limestone neoprene, and by adjusting the formula of the foaming agents, we can control the stretch in the raw material. Laminating with different backings determines the final flex of the panels, ensuring optimal performance for various needs.

GBS Seams

Triple glued panels are stitched together with a special stitching method. Partially puncturing the neoprene to keep the water tightness of the wetsuit seam. Each thread is protected by a tape at the end. Our perfect finish makes our glued and blind stitched wetsuit indestructible. Precise seam and material placement for a tailored fit. Designed to fit your body without over-stretching the neoprene, which prevents stretched out thin neoprene and loss of thermal insulation.

Zodiac 2 with Quantum Stretch Lining

Zodiac 2 is clearly recognizable by its Z Profile of water absorbing plush layering and provides extra warmth and insulation. The Quantum Stretch lining is marked on our wetsuits as Q-Lining and use in high stretch and high wear areas.
