Severne Redback 2024 – The performance sail for kids and smaller riders
Designed to offer maximum control and enjoyment for riders under 160 cm tall, the Severne Redback 2024 is not just a scaled-down version. It’s a high-performance windsurfing sail engineered to help young or lightweight sailors unlock their full potential.
Thanks to a geometry tailored to smaller physiques (lower clew, boom cut-out, and reduced skin tension), the Redback delivers a well-balanced ride without excessive fatigue. Its 4-batten design ensures excellent stability and lightweight handling – ideal for learning, progressing, and having fun in any condition.
Premium materials, just like the pros
Every size is built with eM3, an ultra-light and durable material also found in adult wave and slalom sails. The result: a reactive, performance-focused sail built to last.
Available as a full rig package or separately
For perfect compatibility, the Redback is available as a package (mast + boom + extension) or in individual components. Every part is tailored to lighter weights: Redback, RDM Blue or Gorilla masts depending on size, and youth-specific booms.
