Inspired by Hawaiian-style downwind boards, AXIS Downwind boards are sleek, narrow models featuring proven rocker lines.

The prominent chines allow the tail to sink easily and work in combination with the elongated outline to keep the board in a straight line. This makes getting back on the foil much easier whatever the water conditions.

AXIS Downwind carbon foilboards are specially designed for downwind enthusiasts. With their easier paddling experience, they're perfect for overcoming downwind's biggest challenge: getting on the foil. The long, slim design offers a distinct advantage - if you hit the ground, getting back up is a breeze thanks to the reduced drag resistance of the narrow outline. And take-off is unmatched thanks to the rocket's shape and design.

Constructed with an EPS core, full carbon and a layer of tough PVC sandwich on the EVA deck area only, these boards are designed to be lightweight to optimize performance.

A block of ultra-high-density foam surrounds the mast rails and is sandwiched between the EVA deck area and the bottom laminate.

The signature AXIS red finish is highly visible for optimum safety.
