Powerwall:
Power transfer is greatly enhanced by the oversized abs sidewalls that are laminated and housed in the wood core in the middle of the ski. With the sidewall extending into the core of the ski, the power transfer from the skier to the edge of the ski is direct and precise.

All-terrain Rocker™:
Skis with all-terrain rocker have a gradual rise to the tip for versatility in all conditions, with a short, low rise in the tail for increased control in variable snow.

Core:
Fir core. An energetic, durable and dense wood that absorbs impact.

Aspen core :
Lightweight and resilient, an excellent all-round material.

Titanal y-beam :
k2’s ti y-beam offers precision in the front of the ski, power underfoot and stability in the back, while maintaining the maneuverability and drift control needed for freeride ripping. The precision-cut ‘y’ shaped titanal changes the torsional stiffness of the ski while maintaining a balanced and consistent flex that delivers power in a controlled manner throughout the length of the ski.
