The Cabrinha Drifter 2024 kite has become a legend in wave kiting. The Drifter offers just enough pressure on the bar to feel where the kite is, while allowing you to steer it with your fingertips. It's also perfect for big air without strapless, being the first kite to do a triple loop! Its "park and go" character lets you use the kite to pull yourself into the wave. Once in the wave, you can release the bar completely, and thanks to the kite's incredible drift, you can enjoy the ride to the full. The Cabrinha Drifter 2024 also offers excellent depower, allowing you to adjust the power as needed to stay in the wave. The Cabrinha Drifter 2024 is a Lite series kite, with a Lite structure made from new HTD Lite Dacron and a new panel layout. This combination makes the wing even lighter and more responsive. The Lite Frame contributes to better overall performance and a wider wind range. The traditional bladder has been replaced by a lightweight bladder to further reduce weight.

The Drifter's canopy is made from Nano Ripstop Canopy, which contains four times more squares than the usual ripstop fabric. This makes the fabric stiffer and more robust, improving the wing's direct response to the controls. The bridles are less stretchy for an even more direct feel. Rigid EVA battens are used on the trailing edge to prevent flapping, and durable TPU bumpers are added to protect the leading edge in the event of a crash. Like the previous Drifter model, this year's wing offers two different settings: onshore and offshore. Use the offshore setting to improve upwind capabilities in onshore winds, and the onshore setting for more drift and tighter turns in onshore winds.
