The Ozone Snowkite Connect Backcountry Harness V2 has been designed for better fit and comfort while still being simple and lightweight. The second version has modifications to improve overall strength and load distribution. This comfortable waist harness with undercut is ideal for experienced backcountry snowboarders venturing deep into the mountains. The Connect Backcountry V2 has been designed as a climbing harness so that it does not ride up. FEATURES Strap Loop Connection for Quick Release - Heavy duty strap loop to connect the Quick Release, reducing the size and weight of the harness. Three step connection - open Quick Release, pass buckle through webbing, reload Quick Release. Ergonomically shaped - Better fit due to wider and improved ergonomically shaped panels. The load is distributed evenly over a larger area. Reinforced internal structure - Plastic layers at the back with full-length strap support for ideal load distribution and improved strength. Underpads - Lightweight, comfortable, colour-coded underpads with neoprene lining for better fit over winter clothing. The underpads are connected by an ergonomic angle that distributes vertical loads between the attachment point and the leg padding. Comfortable nozzle - Extra padded areas for comfort and neoprene lining for a better fit over winter clothing. It also provides better protection against the cold. Lightweight construction - strong but lightweight construction - weighs only 700 grams! Connection to the technical backpack - The hooks on each side allow the harness to be connected directly to our technical backpack. Simply unclip the waist strap from the rucksack, remove it and insert it into the harness hooks. Leash Attachment - Easy to access front leash attachment. Strap Loop Attachments - Attach a handle or ropes for pulling sleds to the strap loops on either side of the harness.
